Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order preparation begins after payment is confirmed and the design, dimensions, materials and quantity are approved. Tiraz Pack products are made or printed to order, so preparation time varies by product and quantity. We will share the estimated timeframe before production begins.
Within Saudi Arabia
- Standard shipping fee: SAR 25.
- Free shipping on orders of SAR 320 or more.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days after the order is handed to the carrier.
GCC countries
- Shipping fee: SAR 500 per carton, up to 50 × 50 × 50 cm.
- Delivery: 4–12 business days after dispatch.
International shipping
- Shipping fee: SAR 500 under the current shipping setup.
- Delivery: 4–12 business days after dispatch.
- Customs duties or taxes may be charged in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges unless stated otherwise before payment.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for accurate address and contact details. Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, customs processing or carrier delays.
