Returns and Refunds Policy

At Tiraz Pack, we strive for customer satisfaction. Since many of our products are made or printed to order, custom products cannot be returned once production has started unless there is a manufacturing defect or a clear deviation from the approved specifications.

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by calling 0539579795 and include photos that show the issue. After verification, we will offer the appropriate solution, whether re-production, replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Non-custom products must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the store is at fault.
